When you have found the products you would like a quote for, add them to the quote basket, making sure that you have included the quantity you require, the colour, the number of colours the item is to be printed in, and when you need them by.

We will then get back to you with our quotation. If for any reason we appear to be uncompetitive on the price please let us know as we have a Price Match Policy on like for like items.

When you place an order you can do so by emailing us with your order details and attaching your artwork,created in Adobe Illustrator eps file format (text converted to curves or outline). If you do not have artwork saved in this format please let us know and we can send it to our graphic designer to recreate for you.

Once we have processed your order you will receive an order confirmation and a paper proof of your artwork. We will need you to check it and send us your signed approval to continue to print.

Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days from order/payment on our standard items. We can also supply some of our 'Express' items on a 24 hour or 48 hour service. We will always try to meet your required deadline so let us know when you need them.

Payment for new customers is to be made at point of order. Regular customers have the option to be invoiced on a 30 day credit account. Cheques are to be made payable to Firebird Promotions, and sent to Firebird Promotions, Unit 3A, The Old Paint Factory, Pottery Road, Bovey Tracey, Devon, TQ13 9DS.

When we have despatched your items we will send you a VAT invoice for your reference.
